Draft until we get quarkus-langchain4j 0.23.2 released and code.quarkus.io and the CLI pick it up when creating a project. With 0.23.0, the dev UI part of the exercise doesn't work (the chat page does not pick up the tool provider).

0.23.3 is out, but not synchronized into the extension registry yet

Ok, the CLI and code.quarkus.io now offer 0.23.3, with which the practical exercise should work
