  • Adjust ci to use new webhook project label method
  • Add dapper back to improve local mac dev (can be removed fully later)
  • Add support for simultaneous cross-arch cross-os bin builds
  • Uses goreleaser for binary releases on tags
  • removes use of unauthorized GHA
  • Adds the helm-project-operator chart as a tag release artifact.

...this just leads to redundant work happening in the CI increasing build times.
given that we already do image steps after the `make ci` script is called in GHA we don't need to do it here too.
