Hytool 2017

This release contains some minor updates as compared to the release 2.05.

It correspond to the version that was accepted together with the paper entitled "Hytool: an open source matlab toolbox for the interpretation of hydraulic tests using analytical solutions" accepted for publication in the Journal of Open Source Software.

Note that the license has been changed to MIT license.

This version of hytool is compatible with Matlab R2017a.
