É gratuito, feito para comunidade e, se tudo correr bem, será mantido e melhorado pela comunidade. Atualmente ele está hospedado gratuitamente no heroku que é bem limitado, mas deve ser suficiente pelo menos por enquanto.
It is free, made for the community, and if all goes well, it will be maintained and improved by the community. It is currently hosted for free on heroku which is very limited but should be sufficient at least for now.
