Instruction how to run StudentLB automatically:

1. If you are not able to run run.sh script, please, check wheter
   you have permission to run the script on your system
   POSSIBLE SOLUTION: chmod 775 <folder>/StudentLB/run.sh 


2. Be sure that your polyMesh folder (which should be in the root directory)
   contains the follwing files in case if you don't have LBM mesh:
   "owner", "boundary", "nieghbour", "points", "faces"

   EXAMPLE:
	   	ls <folder>/polyMesh/
			boundary
			faces
			neighbour
			owner
			points


3. If you get the error with the mesh conversion then you can do following:
   3.1 open the "owner" file in the polyMesh folder
   3.2 look at the FoamFile header
   3.3 add space between "nCells:" and the actual cell number
   
   EXAMPLE:
   ORIGINE:
   note        "nPoints:148745  nCells:112734  nFaces:372179  nInternalFaces:304225";

   CHANGE TO:
   note        "nPoints:148745  nCells: 112734  nFaces:372179  nInternalFaces:304225";	
   									         ^

4. Please be sure that metis (gpmetis) was installed on your system
   HINT: Sometimes you have to download and compile metis on your system explicitly
   Please visit the official website: http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/metis/metis/overview
   By default: compiled metis is in the following folder: <folder>/StudentLB/Metis/gpmetis


5. Please be sure that there are both gcc/7 compiler and mpi.ompi/2.0
   installed on your system.

   NOTE: Please, load the above mentioned modules manually if you work on the LRZ cluster 
   NOTE: Please, appeal to the adimnistrators if you're not able to load this if you work 
   		 on the LRZ linux cluster 


6. All boundary conditions should be set up using the text file called BoundaryList.bc
   Please download the example from the github repository if for some reasons you don't 
   have such file in your ./Code/ folder

7. For setting the parameter like tau, Time Steps and Time Steps per plotting 
   Input.data must be used.
   Its location should be <folder>/StudentLB/Code/
   If it is not there then please download from github repository.

8. For setting the time dependent boundary condition the file name aorta.inl must be provided
   in <folder>/StudentLB/Code/InputVelocity directory. If its not there, please download from the github repository.
