Minor bug fix

• Fixed bug where multiple enter presses could skip an item but log a response while waiting for the GRM to recalculate.

Initial release of the acom R package

This release is a major update to the previous JAVA-based acom application v3.0.2 and the first release of the acom R package (v4.0.0).

Updates to java affected how the java-based app saved a results file. We do not recommend using the previous version unless a prior version of JAVA is used.
