RChain Organization

RChain was incorporated Jan 2017 as a cooperative with a board of directors. Greg Meredith is the President and he gives a Weekly Debrief.

The rchain/board repository has bylaws and board meeting minutes. Anyone can join RChain as a member (see the FAQ for details). The first annual membership meeting was in October 2017. Kenny Rowe is the Chief Operating Officer and the cooperative has several other employees.

The RChain cooperative has a strategic partnership with Pyrofex where Mike Stay, Nash Foster, and Medha Parlikar lead the core development team. See also #184 on the relationship of the core dev team and the bounty program.

RChain Holdings is commercializing the RChain platform and provides business development etc.
