v0.2.3: Synchronization improvements

  • Initial synchronization now works properly
  • GPS data is now always checked (for confirmation) if both the
    observation and candidate photo have GPS data.
  • Observations with no identifications no longer cause a terminal error
  • Extra trace-level logging during synchronization to help debugging
