Error connecting to Docker Remote API on El Capitan
This has been marked as a GitHub release (and not pre-release) as I'm testing the auto-updater. If you're facing any issues, please build from current branch. Next release will have auto-updater
Improvements:
Dialog boxes for containers and machines that allow to perform many actions (start/stop/kill/etc)
Modified menu UI as seen in screenshot
Use Dockerode and the Docker Remote API, instead of running shell commands all the time
