Adds a .yml file to run CN on all examples. This script is mostly just a copy of the cerberus CI script here.
For fun, this also installs cvc5, although it doesn't do anything with it yet.
Fixes bugs in check.sh / check-all.sh which meant that arguments were ignored.

Note this dependent PR on the cerberus repo, which alters the runner script to test examples with both z3 and cvc5.
