Possible to block network traffic (similar to netguard)?

Hey everyone
I am using Easer to try and reduce the energy consumption of my Android TV in standby. The TV wakes up every few minutes due to different services phoning home.

I have used Easer to disable wifi but it is still not enough.
I have found that NetGuard can help by resteicting network access. But that access needs to be re-granted qhen the TV is turned back on.

Anybody have any idea if this can be achieved with Easer?
