Final model is stored in "submission_model.h5". Code for loading the model is in "Testing Code/GetPredictions.py" Final predictions are stored in "submission_predictions.txt"

Instructions for running code:

1. Add training and testing sequences (txt files) to "Training Code" directory
2. Run "Training Code/DataProcessing.py" to generate dataset h5 file
3. Run "Training Code/ModelTraining.py" to train & save model
4. Run "Testing Code/GetPredictions.py" to obtain predictions
