Chapter 4 - Clarification of TEEI

Chapter 4 introduces the term TEEI. The distinction between TEEI and COVH is unclear from the description in the text. 
In the paragraph "The TSM-driver delegates parts of the TEE management functions to the TSM,..." 
the TEEI appears to be the interface between the TSM and the TSM Driver / Machine Mode.
Above it appeared to be the interface between the VMM and the TSM/TSM Driver.
It would really help to call out the TEEI in Figure 1.

In case you plan to update Figure 1, please fix the "COVEH-ABI" typo.
