zvfh: Remove draft warnings from Zvfh[min]
Zvfh and Zvfhmin have completed public review, though they have not yet been formally ratified. We are creating this release, as a convenience, to provide a PDF that includes their description.
Vector Extension 1.0, frozen for public review
This version 1.0 is considered frozen for public review as part of the RISC-V International ratification process. Version 1.0 is considered stable enough to begin developing toolchains, functional simulators, and implementations, including in upstream software projects, and is not expected to have incompatible changes except if serious issues are discovered during ratification. Once ratified, the spec will be given version 2.0.
Vector extension, v1.0, second release candidate
This is the second release candidate for version 1.0 of the RISC-V vector extension for public review.
This is NOT the frozen version for public review.
Vector Extension, v1.0, first release candidate
This is the first release candidate for version 1.0 of the RISC-V vector extension for public review.
This is not the frozen version of 1.0 for public review.
v0.10 (v1.0-draft-20210129)
This is a milestone release that is intended to be close to the 1.0 spec we will release for public review. Tool chain developers have asked for a numeric milestone number rather than a date, hence the 0.10 tag. Note there could still be changes before ratification,. though hopefully minor at this point. Also, the exact set of instructions to be included in each named extension is still not fixed.
Vector Extension, v0.9

Vector Extension, v0.8

Vector Extension, v0.7.1
This is version v0.7.1 of the RISC-V Vector Extension. Backwards-incompatible changes will be made prior to ratification.
