refactor: replace private attribute '_id' with 'id' in database models

Also comment out the large package memray will we need it.
I've fixed the database tests too, as they were broken after the RTN update.
They run now, just ensure you have docker / docker desktop running, as they spin up a new postgres container automagically, and test against it using testcontainers.
