Description

Adding a /start section of the docs to cover the project's philosophy, architecture, features, and setup.

How has this change been tested, please provide a testcase or example of how you tested the change?

Non-functional change. Testing on local docs server.

It's spun up on a micro VM here for convenience: https://inference-docs.ngrok.io/start/overview/

Any specific deployment considerations

No, just docs.
