Changes for the migration of this repo to RokuCommunity org

RokuCommunity has adopted Rooibos! The repo was migrated to RokuCommunity org on github, and the npm package is now under the RokuCommunity org (just from a management perspective, the package name is the same). This PR:

• updates URLs to point to the new github location
• updates badge urls
• tweaks readme wording
• upgrades the github CI scripts to align with the RokuCommunity standard script
