Installation

Python 3.5 must be installed to run the code. To install the dependencies for both, the notebooks and the visualization, simply execute the install_dependencies.sh script (pip and npm must be installed).

You can view the code as static notebook directly on github (simply click on the file).

If you want to change or execute the code, follow the installation rules: http://jupyter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html Then execute following command in the notebooks folder:

jupyter notebook

Visualization

The visualization is a web service, which can be started by executing the following script:

python start_visualization.py

The web service is available on port 8080 per default.
