This should make https://ruffle.rs/js-docs/master/ actually slightly half decent ish kinda almost.
None of this should be API breaking as we aren't actually published as a usable module anywhere yet, and it won't impact selfhosted at all.
I'll improve it further once we land #17939, but doing more until then will be slightly wasted effort as it'd need to be redone.
