Contains a minor update to the initially accepted version of CARNIVAL in 2020.

CARNIVAL package for npj Systems Biology and Applications submission

A stable R-package tested by CARNIVAL developers as of June 2019.

Several new implementations and bug fixes have been implemented from the v0.9 in January 2019. Major updates include:

• Adding support on running CARNIVAL on Windows OS. - pull request #5
• Fixed the reporting systems on 'Zero' activities. - pull request #6
• Adding new functionality on enrichment analysis with MSigDB C2 branch - pull request #7
• Fixed bugs arose from the dependency of tidyverse package and running CARNIVAL in parallel - pull request #8 and #9

A stable R-package tested by CARNIVAL developers as of January 2019.

Yet to be under review upon ISMB2019 conference submission and to be tested by non-developer users. Might need some more polishing and added functionalities upon the release with publication (v1.0).
