Phaistos-Disc

This animation demonstrates of the translation process of a Phaistos Disc. A Phiastos Disc is a clay disk from the Minoan Palace of Phiastos on the island of Crete. The disk dates back to the second millennium BC. The disk is made of hieroglyphics seals in a clockwise sequence.

The animation was built using Google Web Designer. If you want to edit or use the animation, download Google Web Designer and open the "Phiastos Animation.html" file in the Phiastos Animation folder.
