SPD-408 Add jobid

Include a reference to the Identifier (or URL) of the parent job in tokens:

• When the job is submitted via SLURM, the SLURM job ID is logged
• When the job is submitted via DIRAC, the DIRAC job ID logged (not the pilot job)
• When the job is submitted via a VM/server, the hostname is logged (the hostname is actually always logged, so in this case no separate jobid needed in token)
