- Implements multi delivery webapp mode
- we still only have one webapp but this aligns with the publishing
project, and the default expected bloomreach structure
- Removes login styling and naming customisations
- Document upload plugin minor changes for wicket upgrade
- SVG fix for new structure

This branch was created on top of the branch 13upgradeSingleCommit so it will have to be rebased in case of changes introduced there during the review. Also, the order of merging will have to be preserved accordingly.
