v0.6: Consistent solvers and tutorials

Initial code setup with consistent solvers and new bdf1 and bdf2 schemes. Consistent solvers ensure proper implementation of PISO and it's corresponding accuracy. Tutorials are there to show the use of the solvers. Unsteady solvers can now be controlled by residuals.
