What's Changed

• Release of latest 3D segmentation model trained on multi-site data containing 192 images trained using nnUNetv2. The model is trained in a human-in-the-loop active learning setting.

Note

Both .zip downloads contain identical models; the only difference is the folder naming structure. model-fmri-segmentation-v0.2_nnUNetTrainer.zip contains an nnUNetTrainer folder for compatibility with 3DSlicer and SCT v6.4 and above.

v0.1

First release of the automatic spinal cord segmentation based on fMRI EPI data. The pipeline.md file contains all the need steps required scripts to run the pipeline and reproduce the preliminary results on the Leipzig-rest and Geneva-rest datasets.
