Follow up on #512

I think I would somewhat prefer that the histogram result is stored in AnnData and have a separate plotting function (to be consistent with the rest of the interface, and potentially being able to customize the plot, without rerunning the entire calculation).
Implement this for other metrics, at least TCRdist
