First Steps

Your issue may already have been solved. Here are a few things you can do to make sure your issue is unique.

• Search to see if the issue has already been reported. You can add additional information to an existing report that may help to resolve the issue.

• Make sure you are using the latest version of our software as your issue may already have been resolved in a later update.

Reporting Your Issue

When reporting an issue, please provide the following information to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible:

• Name of SDC tool used
• Version of SDC tool used
• Other software installed

Please label your issue, using one of the following labels:

You can add one or more of the following labels for further specification:

enhancement	Feature requests (wish list)	search
bug	Confirmed bugs or reports that are very likely to be bugs	search
blocks-production	Bug that prevents production of statistics	search
feature	Questions and remarks on the working of existing tool functionalities and tool features	search
question	Questions more than bug reports or feature requests (e.g. how do I do X)	search
Workaround	A workaround is known and given	search

It is recommended to insert screenshots or (small) data files to clarify your issues. This can be done by dragging your picture file or data file and drop it at the right position in the text window.

The sdcTools core team might add one or more of the following labels:

duplicate	Issues which are duplicates of other issues, i.e. they have been reported before	search
help-wanted	The sdcTools core team would appreciate help from the community in resolving these issues	search
invalid	Issues which aren't valid (e.g. user errors)	search
wontfix	The sdcTools core team has decided not to fix these issues for now, either because they're working as intended or for some other reason	search
low-priority	The sdcTools core team considers the issues of lower priority than other reported issues	search
medium-priority	The sdcTools core team considers the issues of medium importance compared to other reported issues	search
high-priority	The sdcTools core team considers the issues of higher priority than other reported issues	search
needs-discussion	These issues need discussion among members of the sdcTools core team before they can be fixed	search
