RenderOverlay branch build #4

Please test out this new build by replacing the Narcissu binaries with the ones in the archive.

This test should make the Steam Overlay work perfectly.

This build includes additional CC and CXX flags to see if Narcissu will run on OSX 10.5 (#44) and above, fixes the responsiveness of the overlay after video playback, and fixes the 100% cpu usage that was reported in #21
