removed the message from 404.md and added the detailed in it

Programming language/READMe.md

  1. added definition of programing language --previously missing
  2. added assembly to the list of languages
  3. removed c, cpp ,c# as they are backend scripting languages and not true scripting languages --can cause confusion for beginners
  4. added bash ruby and pearl instead
  5. added section for markup languages, styling languages, and Generation of programming languages with examples
  6. also added some example code where they are missing
