Could you pls post a notebook link with some plots of what this data represents?

While we want to use small toy datasets for testing, I am still in favor of making the content somewhat meaningful. You could e.g. sample a linear response function and then use that as a rate in a poisson rv, i.e. sample from the model that you implemented.

That's great! Could you post a notebook/plot @Hephaestus12 and preferably post a link to the notebook gist into the datafile as a comment (so we can reproduce it if needed)

But how do I add it as a comment to a csv file?

as said, it would be good to have a plot of the data somewhere!
I think you can just place a text file with the same name as the csv file in the data repo (I think this is how other datasets are described)
