## Arm Muscle Overview | ||
_[[Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_limb)]_
The arm has quite a lot of muscles and can get quite complex to accurately represent in 3D. To help with this, the arm muscles can be split into 3 groups. **Upper arm**, **forearm flexors** and **forearm extensors**.
_Note that these aren't all the arm muscles, I've chosen all that are important for artists._
### Upper Arm Muscles | ||

### Forearm Muscles | ||
_[[Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forearm)]_
The **forearm muscles** are split into two groups, the **flexors** and **extensor**. These two groups are visibly distinct, almost like two shapes, the **extensor** group being the bigger one. The front border between the **flexors** and **extensors** starts between the [[Arm Muscles#Brachialis]] and [[Arm Muscles#Triceps Brachii]] while the latter border starts below the tip of the [[Arm Muscles#Triceps Brachii]], following the protruding **Ulna**. The **flexor** group points towards the **midline**, while the **extensor** group points away from the **midline**.

- The **deltoid** arches to the front, the sharp tip going backwards
- The **deltoid** isn't round but has a bump in the middle

title: "Body Types" | ||

## 🚧Work in Progress🚧 | ||
## Intro | ||
There are 3 things that influence the body type. Bone proportions, fat distribution and how the muscle develop
There are a couple of ways to portray/ think about the shapes. A very common way is to use shape/ fruit name. This however is a very limiting way of thinking about it because
There are 3 ways of looking at body types/ shapes which can also be mixed with each other.
