Cleaned up

Little functional changes but much code improvements. Mainly from #40

Initial Release

Basic functionality in place:

• GitHub Deployments created at all the right places in our workflow
• Deployment objects cause CircleCI to run builds
• Deployments can be triggered via Slack

Lots of functionality not in place, and very brittle code still.
