I fixed https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-20588. The problem was that doing an undo left the context-sensitive menu in a funny state. I couldn't figure out how to trigger a reset of the menu when the undo was performed, so I settled for triggering a reset if the user clicked on any of the elements in the the menu. In general, if the user clicks anywhere then the menu will reset, so this change is just to make sure that clicking on a menu item won't cause a crash.
