Scratchpad for various TODO items:

Short term:

• improve UI for adding/editing topic prefixes. It's rudimentary at best.
• improve the Like system - actually do some useful things with the likes (showing them in the user's profile, allowing detailed reports about the likes given and received).
• polish and Ajaxify the tagging system
• test, test, test...
• board notices (news items): improve UI for editing (admin area), implement teasers (provide a "read more" link for long notices).

convert karma into a real reputation system with features like:

• give reputation points for posts
• implement a reputation points pool (membergroup - based) so that members can only spend a given amount of reputation points within a time frame (probably one day...)

• convert lots of things to jQuery UI. Implement board- and membergroup selectors

Longer term

• test the installer and all required database changes
• write a mod that applies all necessary db updates to an existing vanilla SMF so that people could upgrade easier.
• document the new features and changes
• fix lots of templates for the new design
