Fixed for issue #145

Fixed issue #145 As part of the remove removed nested_objects attribute from logtrail.json. If the index name starts with 'logstash-' logtrail will automatically add .keyword to the field names. Else it will use default field names.

Also by default logtrail will use lodash to fetch the field values.
