Collected templates

- Moved $sysconf['subject_level'] from ifram_topic.php to sysconfig.php
- Made it translatable
- Added it in pop_topic.php

It should at least be possible to add a volume number for a series.
Finally a title should possibly belong to mor than one series with
different series counting (but this requires a new series table with an
n:m relationship to biblio).

1. Now uses the respective array to show the autority type for the
author
2. Also shows the authority level

ISBN search doesn't care if you enter them with or without hyphens

Only includes fields that have associated titles/copies and shows total
count of avaiable items

In list and detail view series can be clicked to search for them;
authors too now in list view

Covers looked blurry with wrong ratio

Covers are now links to the detail page. Doesn't work for titles without
covers...
