  1. Eliminate temporary buffer in binary op conversion 

    Improves MLIR pipeline to avoid allocation of temporary buffer
and a copy for simple linalg binary named operations.

Changes:
- use tensor.empty in outs
- add bufferization pre- and post-processing
- marks outputs as 'restrict'
