Access to older version of hdWGCNA?

Hi!
Thanks a lot for developing and supporting really great package, hdWGCNA!

I need to install hdWGCNA to a new server to just finish almost done project. So, I would like to reproduce the same version configuration as I have been worked so far which requires hdWGCNA_0.2.23.
Where I can get access to that one, please, if possible?

Hi Dmitry,

I think this is the version you are looking for. I recommend cloning this version of the repository, and then installing it using devtools::install_local.

I haven't tested this myself so let me know if it works for you.

HI Sam, thanks a lot for quick and positive answer! I hope I understand what you mean: download the whole code from the link you provided and install from there. For last two days I installed 125 packages, not sure how many are left to install but hope to come to hdWGCNA installing before Xmass :-)
Really look forward to try new versions of this great package (as soon as we have our manus accepted) !
