Reworked for the CanvasHack plugin system.
Basic Templating
A menu is provided in the right-sidebar of the course home page, allowing users to select from available assignment, wiki page and discussion topic templates to duplicate and edit. The "templates" are simply objects (usually unpublished, to avoid confusion for students) whose names end in the text "[TEMPLATE]".
