Changes description

Add support for snow app run from release channel:

  • you can run snow app run --from-release-directive --channel=my_channel to run from release directive of channel my_channel.
  • --from-release-directive is required to be specified with --channel
  • for app upgrades, we check if channel is the same - if not, we provide the option to drop and recreate the app instance.
