Camera Firmware notes

I haven't had a chance to test them yet yet, but it looks like a few new versions firmware for our cameras were released in July and October 2013. Links below because the Samsung site is terribly slow.

Specifically interested in seeing how G.726 compares to the ulaw which we were using last year, both in terms of integration pain and in terms of quality. Looks like some improved PTZ performance as well.
