cli command replace flag option witch subcommand
change remove command from scan to reading from track file which create at install step
add clean command used to scan symlink point to pack
add crypted support
change default target to ${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-~/.config}/${PACK_NAME}/
add special value ! to cancel target config
cancel the pack_path/stow-cm.toml file must exist as pack_home limit
