The Open FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) project aims to allow FMEAs to scale and be distributed across large teams (or a "crowd") by replacing subjective rankings with relative rankings calculated in response to relative comparisons.

Add a Failure Mode

1. Users shall be given the opportunity to add or remove "Failure Modes" via the UI/UX.
2. The UI/UX shall capture the following structured data as input.
