This PR updates the majority of babel dependencies to the latest version due to the CVE-2023-45133 vulnerability issue with the
@babel/traversepackage.Specific Changes
@babel/*dependencies from current version7.x.xto7.23.2.@babel/coredependency toresolutionsdue to being used by deprecated libraries.Testing
