Way i envisioned virology to work is through observation and study. So for example each virus will have symptoms, you analyze the symptoms to figure out the virus, so patient ocmes in sneezing and vomiting, you go to virology and you imput sneezing and vomiting, it then gives u a list of potential viruses they could be infected with, say it is 2 one is mild and other is severe, but the severe one also has halucinations so now u need to figure out if the patient is also halucinating or not to determine which is correct, then when u are confident you take a swab and type in the virus u suspect it to be and print medicine (swab is needed to get medicine but isnt guaranteed to give u correct medicine if u diagnosed them incorrect). |
