Summary
Fixed the implementation of uccignore.
Changes
Previously, when building the add-on, any files in the package folder that were listed in the .uccignore file were not being deleted from the output directory. I have now changed the execution order so that after copying the package directory, files listed in .uccignore will be removed.

No changes from user end.
