I've been contributing to OSS for over a decade now and I spend thousands of hours building tools and creating an inclusive, encouraging environment for all contributors 🤗
From quickly responding to bugs and answering questions in-detail 🙋 to making RFCs/proposals and asking for community feedback 💭 to just writing lots of detailed PRs ⌨️ that follow a convention, explain my decision-making process, and link to previous discussions.

These all take time and energy but I think make for a higher-quality & more positive experience for all ❤️
