I have written a few R packages to make the analysis of phylogenetic data easier. I also have written the foghorn package which allows you to check from your R console the status of the CRAN check results.
I'm the Senior Director of Technology at The Carpentries, an organization that teaches foundational coding and data science skills to researchers worldwide. In addition to supporting members of our community with new and existing lessons that are taught in our workshops, I develop tools and manage the technical infrastructure for The Carpentries and its lessons programs: Software Carpentry, Data Carpentry, and Library Carpentry.
Any donations I receive through GitHub will go to support the efforts of The Carpentries. If you prefer, you can give directly to The Carpentries.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with me at [email protected] with any questions.
Thank you for your support!
PS: for any donations greater or equal to $2/month, I'll send you an assortment of Carpentries-related stickers.
