👋 Hey there!

I'm Gustavo, a proud Brazilian 🇧🇷 and a software engineer for 12+ years.
I have worked a fair bit of my career with Java, C# and PHP, but nowadays I'm mostly focused on JavaScript in all of its forms (NodeJS and web tbh, but would love to get into embedded too!) and TypeScript.

I maintain a handful of known open source projects, such as express-validator, concurrently and toposort-class.
These are all depended upon by some thousands of people. Naturally, they don't always fit people's necessities, or present some bugs that are hard to deal with without larger changes to the library itself.

I also have a day job which I love, which means that I don't have all that much time to dedicate to these projects anymore.

However, during my free time I do sometimes check out the latest issues and pull requests, and reply to them.
But it's tough to give the attention needed to everybody with such a short available time.
