OCH is a performer, composer, and technologist, working primarily in music, multimedia and emerging technology. His current research is on quantum computing (QC) and music composition, telematics, and new media. During his PhD he developed _The QAC Toolkit_, a software package that allows musicians and artists to build, run, and simulate quantum circuits inside the Max visual programming environment. A member of the Qiskit community, founder of the QC @ UCI club, Networked Media advocate and, more recently, he has also founded the community.quantumland.art. His mission to bring QC to the hands of creative artists is expressed in numerous other repositories on his github profile and his Quantumland.art github organization. He is an avid github contributor to open source repositories, from music to quantum computing, using web technology, digital audio processing, and more.
